All abstracts must be submitted in English and must be presented in English at the meeting.

Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.

All abstracts can be submitted only via this online form.

Please note that on the abstract submission website you have to 'register' first (click to "Abstract submission registration"). Note that this is the registration to abstracts submission system, different from the one for regular participation registration. Each system has its own password!

Authors will have access to their abstracts by deadline and will have possibility to edit it.

Fill in the author’s e-mail address properly – these contact details will be used in further correspondence.

Abstract will be reviewed by a panel of experts and selected on the basis of merit for oral or poster presentation. The time allotted for each oral presentation will depend on the session to which the abstract is allocated.

Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Committee will be on the web by April 15, 2012 and it will be mailed to the corresponding author by June 1, 2012.

The authors of oral presentations will not receive the letters with the instructions including the date, time, place of their lecture. All instructions will be on the website.

Accepted abstracts will be published on the Abstract CD which will be distributed at the Congress.

The registration fee must be paid by July 1, 2012. In case the fee is not paid, the abstract will not be included on the Abstract CD.

In case of the abstract acceptance the presenting author is expected to attend the Congress and present the abstract in the session at the time decided upon by the Programme (Scientific) Committee.
